Most of our plant-derived products are produced in the more northerly regions of Spain from Cataluña and Navarra in the East to León and Asturias in the West, regions which enjoy higher rainfall and less extreme temperatures. Navarra is reputed, deservedly, to being Spain’s market garden, together with neigbouring La Rioja, spanning the foothills of the Pyrenees and the fertile valley of the River Ebro.
Most of our pulses originate in León, a traditional pulse producing region. To the East of Navarra, Cataluña shares the geographical advantages of Navarra although, by then, the Ebro is heading south towards the Mediterranean where its delta continues its gastronomic delights with its rice production.
Of course, some products, such as olives, thrive in the heat of the South.
Our producers are family businesses., all totally committed to maintaining their product quality, achieved over generations, but with a recognition of technological advances. All of our producers are highly innovative in producing new products that, nevertheless, maintain their tradition
We distribute a wide range of plant-derived foods from Spain, Cooked, preserved and dried pulses, vegetables, seeds and fruits of exceptional quality, as far as reasonably possible, organic and produced by family-owned businesses committed to tradition and innovation.
