As we are used to holidays in the seaside resorts of Spain, and the popularity of fish in Spanish cuisine, our familiarity with paella with fish is not surpising, It is often overlooked, back home in UK, that the original paella valenciana consisted of saffron-scented rice cooked with rabbit, chicken, snails and beans, notably Garrofon beans.  

We cannot supply, yet, rabbit, chicken, snails or fish but we can provide you with everthing else whether you wish to do it all yourself, great fun but best outdoors over a wood fire, or take advantage of Carmencita’s paella mixes that will speed up the meal and help avoid mistakes.  

We have rices that, in our opinion,are even better than Bomba for paella and we even have Garrofon Beans!
