The Queen of Table Olives. It is cultivated primarily in Seville. Light green and possessing a mild flavour, its name refers to its appearance which resembles a small apple.
Our firm, juicy Manzanilla olives are produced in Spain. Left whole to maintain their full, fruity flavour, these olives in brine make for a fabulous snack. Rinse off the brine and then marinade in your choice of herbs, garlic and olive oil. Rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients, olives form an essential part of the healthy, Mediterranean diet. They are very versatile and can be eaten alone or used to compliment a broad range of dishes. Mix with caperberries for a match made in heaven!
