QUINOA, is a cereal with similar properties as soy, and which is gluten-free. It is a rich source of high biological-value protein and B vitamin, as well as mineral salts (iron, calcium and phosphorus…) and fibres. It brings you all the essential amino-acids needed, and is particularly recommended to vegetarians, athletes, and people who suffer from intestinal disorders. It is said to prevent osteoporosis and breast cancer.
SEAWEEDS have been eaten for ages in numerous civilizations. They are considered as a major source of minerals and trace elements. Their rich and nourishing fibre content has a satiating and relaxing power, and facilitates intestinal transit. Seaweeds activate defences, cleanse the body of toxins and strengthen bones, hair and nails.
Give the bottle a good shake and it is ready to use, warm,room temperature or chilled. The soups can be useful in the kitchen as a stock in a stew or as an ingredient. The 500ml bottle is perfect for two servings.
