- Extra virgin olive oil Capricho by Sandúa Arbequina
Cut a slice of bread or more, depending on how hungry our are. Put a frying pan on the heat and when hot place the slice of bread in the pan keeping an eye on the bread, lightly browned without being burned.
While the bread is toasting in the pan, peel the garlic clove and cut it in half.
Once the toasted bread is ready, Flip over and rub the toasted side with the half garlic clove. (It is flavoured bread, do not rub it too hard otherwise the garlic flavour is too strong.)
The next step is to drizzle some extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina Sandúa Capricho by Sandúa on the toast and that will give a unique and different flavour. Let stand a few seconds until the oil absorbs in.
Accompany toast with your favourite coffee with milk. Find your favourite place, take the newspaper and begin your day in a healthy and balanced way.
