Prawn Salad

Ingredients

  • 800g of Prawns, the fresher the better
  • Lettuce, finely sliced
  • Cooked Carrots
  • Cooked Peas, why not try this with our Cooked Pedro Louis Peas
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sandúa
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

STEP 1

Peel the prawns, devein and sauté them in oil.

STEP 2

Using a round mould, arrange a layer of finely sliced lettuce, a layer of sliced and cooked carrots and a layer of cooked peas on a plate, and finally place the hot sautéed prawns on top.

STEP 3

Make a vinaigrette with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sandúa, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper and pour it over the salad.
